摘 要:重型液力机械变速箱的大传动比及柔性联接特性为矿用车辆提供了充足的动力,但其与发动机形成的单一工作模式无法对整车工作状态进行调节,经济性能较差。混合动力传动技术应用于矿用车辆后,通过对集成电机的混合动力变速箱设计,使矿用车辆具备纯电、纯机械、混合动力及制动等多种工作模式。车辆混合传动系统具有的驱动与制动双向能量传递方式,使其可有效调节发动机的工作特性并能回收车辆长下坡行驶时的制动能量,改善整车的燃油经济性,甚至可额外节约燃油25%。The heavy-duty hydrodynamic transmission gear- box, with large transmission ratio and flexible connection characteristic, provides enough power for mining vehicle. But the single operation mode formed by gearbox with engine cannot change the working state of mining vehicle, and its e- conomic performance is very poor. After that the hybrid e- lectric powertrain was used for mining vehicle, the hybrid e- lectric gearbox for integrated motor was designed to realize several operation modes including pure-electric mode, pure- motor mode, hybrid electric mode and braking mode. The hybrid electric powertrain, with the bidirectional power transmission of driving and breaking, could effectively adjust the operating characteristics of engine, recycle the braking energy of mining vehicle during running through the long downhill, and improve the economy with fuel oil saved by 25% in addition.
