摘 要:感染性疾病是全球第二大死因,约四分之一的死亡人数与感染相关.作为最常见的感染病原体,细菌的感染实验研究对降低病死率有重要意义.生物发光成像成为临床前研究感染性疾病的重要方法,能够连续无创观察同一活体动物各组织器官感染发生和发展的全部过程,避免动物之间个体差异的影响,同时大幅度减少实验动物使用量.本文对细菌生物发光成像原理、在细菌感染研究中的应用、存在不足和未来发展方向等简要阐述,旨在提高生物发光成像在细菌感染实验研究上的应用价值和认识.Infectious diseases are the second leading cause of death in the world and approximately one in four deaths were associated with infection.As the most common pathogens,the study on bacterial infectious experiment has important significance to reduce the mortality.Bioluminescence imaging (BLI) has become an important research tool for preclinical studies of infectious diseases.BLI permits noninvasive animal to observe the whole process of infection of the same animal's tissues and organs.It could avoid the impact of individual differences among animals and greatly reduce the use of experimental animals.Herein,we briefly review the principle of bacterial bioluminescence imaging,application of the study of bacterial infection,practical limitations and future development to improve the application value and recognition of BLI in the experimental study of bacterial infection.
