摘  要:环形锁模激光器在光纤传感网络中发挥着重要作用,传统的环形锁模激光器的饱和吸收体的损伤阈值和输出功率较低,在实际应用过程存在一定的局限性。设计了一种改进的光纤传感网络用环形锁模激光器,利用增益介质、泵浦源、锁模调制器件、输出耦合器和谐振腔构建环形锁模激光器的基本结构,在对环形锁模激光器结构进行分析的基础上,设计了一种可补偿像散的基于传播圆法的激光谐振腔,完成光纤传感网络用环形锁模激光器的改进设计。实验结果表明,改进的环形锁模激光器可以输出低时间抖动、高重复率、质量较好的超短脉冲源,并可以在光纤传感网络中稳定运行。Annular mode-locked laser plays an important role in the optical fiber sensing network, the traditional ring of the saturable absorber of mode-locked laser damage threshold and output power is low, has certain limitation in the practical application process. Design an improved with annular mode-locked laser optical fiber sensing network, using the gain medium, pump sources are used, clamping modulator, output coupler and cavity build ring the basic structure of the mode-locked laser, the annular structure based on the analysis of the mode-locked laser, we design a can of astigmatism compensation based on transmission circle of the laser cavity, complete with ring of mode-locked laser optical fiber sensing network design improvements. The experimental results show that the improved ring mode-locked lasers can output low timing jitter, a better quality of high repetition rate, ultra-short pulse source, and can run in the optical fiber sensing network stability.
