摘　　要：目的探讨绿茶调金黄散外敷对经桡动脉介入治疗(TRI)后皮下血肿的影响。方法将62例行TRI后出现皮下血肿的患者随机均分为绿茶调金黄散外敷组(A组)和50%硫酸镁湿敷对照组(B组),观察两组患者皮下血肿消退及疼痛缓解效果。结果 A组干预后皮下血肿消退效果优于B组,并且疼痛评分低于B组(P<0.05)。结论绿茶调金黄散外敷可有效加速TRI后皮下血肿消退并缓解疼痛。Objective To investigate the effect of Jinhuangsan adjusted with green tea on subcutaneous hematoma after transradial intervention （TRI）. Methods A total of 62 patients with subcutaneous hematoma after TRI was equally randomized into two groups of A（external application with Jinhuangsan plus green tea） and B（external application with 50% magnesium sulfate）. The fadeaway of subcutaneous hematoma and pain relief were observed in both groups. Rgsults Compared with group B, the fadeaway of subcutaneous hematoma was significantly earlier, and pain score was decreased in group A（P^0.05）. Conclusion Jinhuangsan adjusted with green tea can effectively accelerate the fadeaway of subcutaneous hematoma and attenuate pain after TRI.
