摘　　要：本文以我国20世纪五六十年代的体育典型——山西万荣县"海鸥"女子锻炼队为考察对象,以自下而上的区域社会史视角对集体化时代群众女性体育组织的生成经历进行分析,进而探讨集体体制下新式体育嵌入农业生产、融入乡土生活,重塑女性形象和社会角色的运行机制,及其对于女性社会地位和身份认同的影响。The＂ Hai--Ou＂women training team, belonged to Wanrong county of Shanxi province, was the typical representative of our national sports team in the fifties and sixties of the 20th century. The paper studied the process of formation about women sports organizations in ＂Hai--Ou＂ women training team in era of collectivization through the top--down perspective of regional social history. The operation mechanism of female images and its social role reinvention was discussed with the emphasis on the embedding of this new sports to the agricultural production, integration into the local life under the collective system, as well as its effect on the women＇s social status and identity.
