摘　　要：目的探讨原发性舍格伦综合征(primary Sjgeren’s syndrome,p SS)患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、B细胞刺激因子(BAFF)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)的表达意义,为p SS的临床治疗提供实验依据。方法选择经病理确诊的p SS患者50例,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测患者血清中TNF-α、BAFF、ICAM-1、VCAM-1的含量,并利用SPSS软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果 p SS患者血清中TNF-α、BAFF、ICAM-1、VCAM-1的含量较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论细胞因子TNF-α、BAFF、ICAM-1、VCAM-1可能参与了p SS的发生发展过程,其相互作用关系有待进一步研究。Obejetive To explore the expression of TNF-α,BAFF,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in the serum of patients with primary Sjgeren＇s syndrome and to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment of p SS. Methods Fifty primary Sjgeren＇s syndrome patients were diagnosed by pathological examination. Serum expression levels of TNF-α,BAFF,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）. The software SPSS was used for statistical analysis. Results The expression levels of TNF-α,BAFF,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 obviously increased in serum of p SS patients compared with healthy subjects（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion TNF-α,BAFF,ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 may be involved in the occurrence and development of p SS,and the exact interactions between them still need further research.
