摘　　要：药学院药学创新人才培养实践教学平台经过2年多的建设,已在药物研发平台、实验室、教师团队、标本馆、校外实践基地等各方面取得显著成效。针对创新人才培养的实际需求,从知识、能力、素养三方面实现具有创新精神和领导能力的拔尖人才培养体系,着力"打造一个实践教学平台和体系、更新一批实验讲义或教材、新建一门"药学研发实验"课程、试点一个开放实验室、形成一支师资队伍"。通过实验教学及各实践环节,将理论知识、实验操作和创新能力培养融为一体,系统培养和提升了学生的实验能力、实践能力和创新能力。全方位的平台建设使药学院的实践教学水平迈上了新台阶。After two years of construction,the practice teaching platform to cultivate innovative pharmaceutical talents at School of Pharmacy,Shanghai Jiaotong University has made remarkable achievements in drug research and development platform,the laboratory,the team of teachers,the museum specimens,the practice base outside school etc. According to the actual needs of innovative talent training,we built innovative and leadership talent cultivation system from three aspects of knowledge,ability and quality. We strived to ＂build a practical teaching platform and system,updat a batch of lab handouts and teaching materials, establish a new course in the pharmaceutical research and development experiment,set up an open laboratories,and form a faculty＂. Through the experimental teaching and the practice,the integral theoretical knowledge,experimental operation and innovation ability are combined together. The students ＇experimental ability,practice ability and innovation ability are systematically trained and improved. It makes the level of practice teaching to a new stage.
