摘　　要：军队院校重点实验室建设与管理有其自身的特点和规律,如何对依托军事院校的重点实验室进行有效建设与管理是一项极具挑战性的课题。结合军事地下建筑工程军队重点实验室近5年建设与管理的实践与探索,从深化实验教学改革、创新科研技术、增强部队(社会)服务能力、加强人才队伍建设和提升开放运行和管理水平等五方面进行了系统论述和深入探讨。实践表明,该实验室在教学、科研和服务部队(社会)等方面发挥了显著效益,为学科发展和人才培养做出了重要贡献。The construction and management of military academies key laboratory has its own characteristics and laws.Effectively construction and management of the key laboratory relying on military academy is a challenging task.According to the construction and management process of the key laboratory of military underground architectural engineering,the measures to strengthen military academy laboratory construction and management are discussed systematically and deeply from deepening the reform of experimental teaching,the serving ability for troops and society,the scientific research and technology innovation,the construction of laboratory team and the level of open operation and management. The practice shows that the military key laboratory is playing a key role in teaching,scientific research and serving for troops and society,and makes positive contribution to the subject development and personnel training.
