数字媒体与设计艺术类实验室管理模式探索

摘　　要：作为理论和实践相关性较强的,数字媒体与设计艺术类专业必然伴随着多种实验室的建设。由于艺术类实验室在管理上没有统一的模式,各高校均有其成功的经验和面临的问题,结合我院的经验,针对艺术类实验室的建设与管理进行了探讨,提出了实验室管理人员职业发展空间提升的方法,对艺术类实验室制度建设的思考和应用门禁系统作为实验室开放管理手段等。另外,还进一步探索了艺术类实验室管理上未来发展的方向,例如:部分管理外包制,利用桌面云实现计算机批量管理,把监控和门禁相结合作为日常管理手段等。As the strong relevant between theory and practice,along with the construction of disciplines in various universities,a variety of laboratories have to be constructed. Because there is no unified model for the management of arts laboratory,each university has its successful experience and problems. In view of our experiences,this paper discusses the art laboratory management mechanism. Some methods are proposed to enhance the laboratory manager career development space, and laboratory construction. The access control system is taken as the open laboratory management method. Also,this paper further explores the art laboratory management for the future development of directions,such as management outsourcing system, use of cloud system to achieve computer batch management,monitor and access control combined for daily management.
