摘 要:在不增加关节臂坐标测量机硬件成本的基础上,为了提高测量精度,提出了包含圆光栅偏心误差的测量模型方案。分析了关节臂坐标测量机圆光栅偏心状况,通过圆光栅偏心误差实验对第1、2关节处圆光栅偏心误差模型参数进行了辨识,建立了包含前两关节圆光栅偏心误差的测量模型。使用自制的标准杆组件对两种测量模型进行了标定实验,并运用LM算法进行了参数标定。结果表明不包含圆光栅偏心误差测量模型的关节臂坐标测量机的测量误差为0.083 4 mm,而包含两关节圆光栅偏心误差的关节臂坐标测量机测量误差为0.065 0 mm。经过圆光栅偏心误差修正后,其测量精度提高了22%,同时也论证了圆光栅偏心误差是制约关节臂坐标测量机测量精度的影响因素之一。The measurement model with circular grating eccentricity error was proposed to improve the measurement accuracy of an articulated arm coordinate measuring machines (AACMM) without increasing the corresponding hardware cost. After analyzing the AACMM' s circular grating eccentricity, the first and second joint' circular grating eccentricity error model parameters were obtained by circular grating eccentricity error experiments. And the measurement model with the former two circular grating eccentricity errors was built. The calibrations for two kinds of measurement models were done by home-made standard bar components and their parameters were calibrated by LM arithmetic. The experiment results show that the measurement error from the AACMM' s measurement model without and with circular grating eccentricity error is 0. 0834 and 0. 0650 ram, respectively. The measurement accuracy has increased by about 22% when the circular grating eccentricity errors are corrected. It is also confirmed that the circular grating eccentricity error is one of most important factors which constraints the AACMM' s measurement accuracy.
