摘　　要：焦炉炉柱是保护焦炉砌筑体完整性与严密性的设备。在摘挂炉门和推焦时,炉柱承受推焦车和推焦杆所产生的震动和冲击。所以焦炉炉柱制作质量的好坏,直接影响到了焦炉的使用寿命。焦炉炉柱是由焊接H型钢组成,截断面大,易发生变形造成截面尺寸不精确的质量问题。根据实践通过采取合理的工艺措施以及设计先进的工装设备,确保了焦炉炉柱大批量制作精度一致,提高了焦炉炉柱的使用寿命。Coke Oven＇ s furnace stay is the equipment to protect the integrity and the rigor of oven laying body. When picking up the door and pushing, furnace stay endures the vibration and shock of coke pushing and coke pusher rod. Therefore, the quality of the manufacture of coke oven＇ s furnace stay effects the using life of coke oven directly . The coke oven＇ s furnace stay which owns large cut - off plane is composed of welded H - shaped steel, it will make deformation easily to result in the quality problem of unaccurate section size. By way of practice , we adopt the reasonable technological measures and advanced tools and equipment to ensure the consistency of the precision of coke oven furnaces produced in large quantities,and improve the using life of coke oven＇ s furnace stay.
