Quantification and Correlation Analysis of Mineral Elements and Quality Indicators of Fruits of Rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum L.) Cultivars

摘  要:为明确红毛丹果实矿质元素含量和品质指标之间的相关性,以海南省保亭县南茂农场采集的13个代表性品系的果实为试材,分别测定了果肉、果皮和种子中矿质元素含量和品质性状。结果表明:13份红毛丹当地主栽品系果肉、果皮和种子中的K、Mg、P含量均较高,其次为Ca和Fe;各矿质元素间,Mg与Mn呈显著相关,与P呈极显著相关,Ca与Mn呈极显著相关,Cu与Fe呈显著相关;果肉中8种矿质元素含量与可溶性糖呈负相关,与Vc、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸均不存在显著的相关性;8种矿质元素与Vc、可滴定酸、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物之间不存在显著的典型相关关系。To reveal the correlation between mineral elements and quality indicators of Rambutan(Nephelium lappaceum L.) fruits, 13 Rambutan varieties from Baoting, Hainan Province were collected to determine their contents of mineral elements and quality characters in flesh, peel and seed. The results showed that the flesh, peel and seed had the highest content of K, Mg and P, followed by Ca and Fe content. Among the mineral elements, Mg was significantly correlated with Mn, and highly significantly correlated with P. There was highly significant correlation between Ca and Mn, and significant correlation between Cu and Fe. The content of eight mineral elements in the flesh was negatively correlated with the soluble sugar, and was not significantly correlated with vitamin C, soluble solids and titratable acid. The content of eight mineral elements did not have any typical significant correlation with vitamin C, soluble solids, soluble sugar and titratable acid. This research can provide reference for the quality evaluation and cultivation physiology of Rambutan.
