摘　　要：地方新建本科院校转型发展的关键在于人才培养改革。本文从人才培养模式改革、人才培养方案修订和人才培养方案实施等3个方面进行探讨,对工科路桥专业的人才培养改革提出了具体的建议。The key to the transformation and development of local newly-built universities lies in the reform of talent cultivation. In the paper, such three aspects of the reform as reform of talent training mode, the reform of talent training program and the implementation of talent training program are discussed, and finally, concrete suggestions are put forward on the reform of talents training in major of highway and bridge.
