摘 要:高校大学生转专业现象比较常见,学者对学生转专业问题的研究主要针对于各学科整体学生而言,对体育类转专业的研究相对较少。运用文献资料,问卷调查,对比分析等方法对湖北大学体育学院2013-2015年转专业学生进行调查研究。从转专业政策、转专业管理制度、学习动机等3个层面分析转专业情况与问题。研究表明:在转专业政策的制定上,呈越来越严格的趋势;转专业教学管理有待完善;转入体育教育专业的学生的学习动机总量及在求知进取、社会取向、物质追求、小群体取向维度上平均分均高于未转专业的学生,且在求知进取维度上,转入体育教育专业的学生与为转专业的学生之间存在显著性差异。The phenomenon of College students turn professional becomes common, previous studies mainly focus on students in various disciplines, the study of sports professional change major is relatively small. By means of literature, questionnaire, comparative analysis and other methods, this paper aims to investigate students at P.E Institute of Hubei University from 2013 to 2015. It analysed three aspects of transferring disciplines, which were turn professional policy, management system of changing major and learning motivation. Research shown that, the formulation of changing major policy presents more and more strict. The management system of changing major need to be perfected. The students who changed majors into physical education shown stronger learning motivation, meanwhile, their average scores in following dimensions,knowledge of enterprise social orientation, material pursuit and small group orientation were higher than those who weren't change major, and in the enterprise knowledge dimension, the students who change majors into physical education shown significant differences between those who weren 't.
