学术型健康社区科研协同交互行为绩效分析——以丁香园为例

摘　　要：为探究科研协同交互行为在学术型健康社区中的表现,推进学术型健康社区科研活动的持续、有效开展,本文以丁香园为例,对社区内用户间科研协同交互行为整体开展情况,及协同交互效率和效果进行调研分析。结果显示,丁香园社区具有良好的专业性,其中科研协同交互行为较容易引发,且普遍得到了快速、有效的回复;用户协同交互内容与主题的相关性表现最为突出,帖子交互的权威性、完整性、易读性和简洁性亦有良好保障,但丰富性有待提升和完善;分享类帖子的协同交互效率和效果整体上均要优于提问类帖子。In order to explore the practical application of scientific collaboration behavior in academic health community, and to advance the development of scientific research in academic health community, this paper selects Ding Xiang Yuan, as an example, empirically studies the collaborative interaction status, efficiency and effect. The results show that Ding Xiang Yuan is of professional, the scientific collaborative interaction behavior is easier trig- gered, and the replies are generally quick and efficient. The correlation between interaction contents and topic is the prominent, the authority, completeness, readability and conciseness of interaction are also well performed. However, the richness of discussing remains to be promoted. In addition, the performances of the interaction for sharing are better than those of the interaction for questioning.
