摘　　要：弗洛伊德的精神分析人格三重理论从自我、本我、超我三个层面阐释了人的人格结构和精神状态之间的关系:三者必须相互制约达到平衡,一个人的精神状态才能正常,反之,则会导致心理变态和精神扭曲,从而产生异常行为,引起人生悲剧。弗洛伊德对人格结构的探析正好为小说《八月之光》中男性角色的异常行为提供了精神层面的分析。Freud＇s personality structure theory explains the relationship between man＇s personality structure and man＇s mental state from the three aspects of Id, Ego, and Superego： one＇s normal mental state must be achieved by interdependence and mutual restraint of them, whereas, abnormal behaviors, even tragedy will be caused by mental abnormality and spiritual distortion which results from the upsetting of the three aspects. Freud＇s theory provides a psychical analysis for the abnormal behaviors of male characters in Light in August.
