黄芩类制剂辅助牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:通过系统评价及Meta分析,评价黄芩类制剂局部应用辅助牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎的临床疗效。方法:检索Pubmed、Cochrane Library、Web of Knowledge、CNKI、CBM数据库,查找黄芩制剂辅助牙周基础治疗局部应用于慢性牙周炎的随机对照实验。资料提取和质量评价后,选取空白对照研究,对探诊深度、临床附着丧失的改变按照用药方法的不同分亚组进行Meta定量分析,对其他临床指标进行系统评价。结果:共9篇文章、652例受试者纳入本研究。结果显示:黄芩类制剂的局部辅助治疗慢性牙周炎,在降低探诊深度[MD=-1.49,95%CI(-2.15,-0.38),P<0.00001],改善牙龈出血及细菌学指标方面,疗效优于单纯基础治疗,未出现明显临床不适;对于附着丧失的改善,有待观察[MD=-0.32,95%CI(-1.01,0.38),P=0.03]。结论:黄芩类制剂局部辅助慢性牙周炎的治疗,是有效的手段。Objective：To identify the effect of radix scutellariae agents in assisting initial therapy for chronic periodontitis .Methods：We searched Pubmed、Cochrane Library、Web of Knowledge、CNKI and CBM .According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria ,two reviewers screened literature ,extracted data and assessed the methodological quality of the included RCTs （Randomized Controlled Trials） .Then meta-analyses were performed using RevMan 5 .3 software on PD and CAL .Results ：Finally 9 RCTs involving 652 patients that met inclusion criteria entered this review .The results showed that radix scutellariae agents assisting initial therapy have remarkable clinical effects compared with merely initial therapy in probing depth （PD） [MD=-1 .49 ,95% CI（-2 .15 ,-0 .38） ,P〈0 .00001] and bleeding on probing （BOP） , but further research is needed in terms of clinical attachment loss （CAL） [MD=-0 .32 ,95% CI（-1 .01 ,0 .38） ,P=0 .03] . Conclusion ：Radix scutellariae agents assisting initial therapy have remarkable clinical effects compared with merely initial therapy .
