摘　　要：本文通过核医学科的图像质量管理,介绍了PDCA管理模式的策划、实施、检查以及改进四个阶段的具体操作,并根据PDCA前后图像的优质率比对结果,找出提高技师的注射技术和使用捆绑带固定患者的体位来提高图像优质率。The procedures of PDCA （Plan-Do-Check-Action） management mode were described in thispaper through the practice of image quality management in Department of Nuclear Medicine. The highquality rate of pre- and post-PDCA medical images was also compared to enhance technicians’ injectiontechniques and use bandage to fix patients’ position so as to improve the image excellency rate.
