23例年轻女性乳腺癌病理特征及临床治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨年轻女性乳腺癌患者病理的基本特征及临床治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析我院23例年龄≤35岁年轻女性乳腺癌患者的临床资料,并与随机抽取的同期23例>35岁乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行对比分析。结果:年轻女性乳腺癌患者三阴性乳腺癌(34.8%,4.3%,P<0.05)、Ki67增高比例(91.3%,60.9%,P<0.05)、p53阳性率(65.2%,43.5%,P<0.05)、组织学分级中低分化比例(82.6%,52.2%,P<0.05)、乳房全切后同期再造比例(50%,13.3%,P<0.05)高于>35岁乳腺癌患者,两组病理学类型、病理分期、淋巴结及远处转移、脉管内癌栓、Her-2过表达率、手术保乳率、病死率相比无显著差异。结论:年轻女性乳腺癌侵袭性强,恶性程度高,预后差。Objective： To investigate the pathological characteristics and clinical therapeutic effect of breast cancer in young women. Methods： The clinical and pathological data of 23 cases of breast cancer with age ≤35 years in Tongren Hospital were retrospectively analysed and compared with those of 23 cases of breast cancer with age〉 35 years selected randomly during the same period. Results： The incidence of three negative breast cancer（34.8%,4.3%,P〈0.05）, Ki67 increased proportion（91.3%,60.9%,P〈0.05）,the positive rate of P53（65.2%,43.5%,P〈0.05）,the rate of moderately and poorly differentiated in histological grade（82.6%,52.2%,P〈0.05）, immediate breast reconstruction after mammectomy（50%,13.3%,P〈0.05）in young group were higher than those of the group with age〉 35 years. There were no statistically significant differences in pathological type,pathological stage,lymph node and distant metastasis,lymphovascular invasion,over-expression of Her-2,rate of breast conserving surgery,fatality rate. Conclusion： Young women with breast cancer have aggressive, high degree malignancy and poor prognosis.
