miR-451在肾癌患者血清中的异常表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测miR-451在肾癌患者血清中的表达,研究miR-451与肾癌患者临床病理特征之间的关联性。方法收集35例新诊断肾癌患者术前血清样本,另外收集35例健康体检者血清样本做为对照,利用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测miR-451在肾癌患者血清中的表达情况,分析肾癌患者临床病理特征和miR-451表达量两者之间的关系。结果与对照组比较,肾癌组患者血清中miR-451表达量明显低于健康体检组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在35例肾癌患者血清样本中,27例(77.14%)miR-451下调,而8例(22.86%)则表现为上调。肾癌患者的性别、年龄、肾癌组织类型、肾肿瘤大小、TNM分期和肾癌患者血清中miR-451表达量无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 miR-451在肾癌患者血清中低表达,提示其可能与肾癌的发生和发展相关。Objective To investigate the miR-451 expression in the serum of patients with renal cell carcinoma and the correlations between the miR-451expression and clinical pathologic characteristics.Methods A total of 35 serum samples in patients with RCC were collected before the surgery .35 healthy subjects were collected as the control. The real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-451 in patients with RCCand healthy controls.Results The expression of miR-451 in the serum of patients with RCC is decreasd compared with the health control（P 〈0.05）. Among the 35 serum samples of the patients with RCC,the miR-451 expression were down-regulated in 27 samples （77.14% ）,and up-regulated in 8 samples （22.86%）.Expression of miR-451 was not related with the age of pa-tients,the gender,tumor size ,histology and TNMstage.Conclusion Reduced miR-451 expression may be involved in the oncogenesis and development of patients with RCC.
