枳术宽中胶囊治疗功能性消化不良临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察枳术宽中胶囊治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法将83例FD患者根据不同症状表现分为餐后不适综合征(PDS)、上腹痛综合征(EPS)2个亚型组,根据中医证候进行辨证分为肝胃不和、脾胃气虚、脾胃湿热3个证候组,全部83例患者均给予枳术宽中胶囊治疗。疗程4周,比较治疗前后临床疗效及血清胃动素(MTL)水平变化情况。结果 PDS组有效率87.5%,高于EPS组(71.4%,P<0.05);治疗后PDS组及EPS组血清MTL浓度均升高(P<0.05),PDS组血清MTL浓度高于EPS组(P<0.05)。肝胃不和组有效率94.3%,高于脾胃气虚组(62.5%,P<0.05);治疗后肝胃不和组及脾胃气虚组血清MTL浓度均升高(P<0.05),肝胃不和组血清MTL浓度高于脾胃气虚组(P<0.05)。治疗期间发生不良反应13例次,未影响治疗。结论枳术宽中胶囊对FD的近期治疗有良好疗效,尤适合于PDS患者及证属肝胃不和型患者。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Zhizhu - kuanzhong capsules on the treatment of functional dyspepsia（FD）. Methods 83 FD patients were divided into postprandial distress syndrome（PDS）sub-group and epigastric pain syndrome（ EPS）subgroup. All patients were classified as liver - stomach disharmony group,Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach group and dampness - heat of spleen and stomach group according to traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）syndrome differentiation. All patients were treated by Zhizhu - kuanzhong capsules for four weeks. The clinical effect and serum motilin（MTL）before and after treatment were observed. Results The effective rate in PDS group（87. 5% ）was higher than EPS group（71. 4% ,P 〈 0. 05）. The serum MTL after treatment in PDS and EPS group was increased（P 〈 0. 05）,and the increase in PDS group was higher than EPS group（P 〈 0. 05）. The effective rate in liver - stomach disharmony group（94. 3% ）was higher than Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach group（62. 5% ,P 〈 0. 05）. The serum MTL after treatment in liver - stomach disharmony group and Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach group was increased（P 〈 0. 05）,and the increase in liver - stomach disharmony group was higher than Qi deficiency of spleen and stomach group（P 〈 0. 05）. 13 patients experienced adverse events during treatment,but the treatment was not affected. Conclusion Zhizhu - kuanzhong capsules has good therapeutic effect on the treatment of FD,especially the PDS and patients with liver - stomach disharmony type, which is noteworthy problem of clinical application.
