高校教师教育者胜任特征模型实证性研究

摘　　要：高校教师教育者的胜任程度直接影响着教师教育的质量和水平;运用文献法、团体焦点访谈、行为事件访谈等方法确定高校教师教育者"以人为本"等24个胜任特征要素;通过因素分析,构建了包括教育理念、知识体系、教学科研能力、个人特质和专业发展的高校教师教育者五维度胜任特征模型。The competence of the educators of teacher's education in colleges and universities directly influences the quality and level of the teacher's education.By using the methods of literature review,the group interviews and the behavioral event interviews,we identified 24 'people oriented' competency factors.Through the analysis of factors,we build a five dimensional competency model,which includes the educational ideas,the knowledge system,the ability of teaching and research,the personal characteristics and the professional development.
