摘　　要：针对我国当前医学教育中基础与临床脱节,人文教育薄弱等弊端,提出以转化医学为导向的人才培养模式是其有效的改革途径之一。文章在对转化医学人才培养的必要性和意义分析的基础上,从课程设置、教学方法、师资建设、考核评价等方面介绍了教育改革的具体建议。In view of problems like disconnection between basic medicine and clinical medicine and weak humanities education in China＇s present medical education,the paper points out that the talents training mode oriented by translational medicine is an effective way to reform.It first analyzes the necessity and significance of training medical talents of translational medicine.Then it proposes specific educational reforms in the curricular setup,teaching methods,teaching team development,assessment and evaluation.
