摘  要:目的探讨循证医学与PBL教学结合模式在消化内科实习教学中的优势及作用。方法将2011级五年制临床医学专业实习学生54人,随机分为2组,均采用肝硬化消化道出血典型病例,实验组28人运用循证医学与PBL相结合的教学模式,对照组26人运用传统教学模式。结果实验组学生病例分析、实践技能考试成绩明显优于对照组,实验组学生的学习兴趣、自主学习能力、分析问题能力和查阅评价文献能力也显著优于对照组。结论循证医学与PBL相结合的教学模式明显优于传统的教学模式。Objective Toexploretheadvantagesandeffectsofevidence-basedmedicinecombined withPBLteachingmodeininternalmedicinepracticeatgastroenterologydepartment.Methods We randomly divided 54 five-year program medical students of Grade 201 1 into experimental group and control group.All of the students learned typical cases of liver cirrhosis gastrointestinal bleeding.The 28 students of experimental group were taught with evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching mode,whilethe26studentsofcontrolgroupthetraditionalteachingmode.Results Thecaseanalysis test and the practical skill test scores in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group.Furthermore,the students of experimental group significantly outperformed those of control group in interest in learning,autonomous learning ability,analytical ability,and literature-consulting and evaluatingability.Conclusion Themodeofevidence-basedmedicinecombinedwithPBLissuperiorto the traditional teaching mode.
