应宝时与晚清江浙的慈善事业

摘　　要：应宝时是与晚清江浙慈善事业有着密切关系的一个人物。太平天国战后,在江浙地区重建社会秩序和恢复社会经济的过程中,他一方面通过在江苏担任官职时推出系列善政,另一方面又以浙江地方士绅的身份参与或主持了省城杭州及浙江省内的多项慈善事业,从而为晚清江浙的慈善事业作出了重要的贡献。Ying Baoshi is a person who has a close connection with philanthropy of Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces in the late Qing Dynasty. After the Taiping Rebellion, in the process of rebuilding the social order and the restoration of the social economy in these two provinces, he introduced a lot of good governance when he held a local post in Jiangsu, and simultaneously, as a local gentry of Zhejiang, he participated in or chaired some charities in the capital city Hangzhou and other places of Zhejiang province. By doing so, he has made an important contribution to the charity of Zhejiang and Jiangsu Provinces in the Late Qing Dynasty.
