摘 要:目的:调查住院患者对实习护生的满意度,分析影响患者满意度的原因,提出相应的对策,以提高住院患者对实习护生的满意度。方法:采取自行设计的住院患者对实习生满意度调查问卷,对广西某三级甲等医院的100例住院患者进行问卷调查。结果:患者对护生在文明礼貌、服务态度、耐心倾听及安慰满意度较高,在沟通、护理操作水平以及健康教育方面满意度较低。结论:提高住院患者对实习护生的满意度,应加强沟通、提高护理技能操作水平及健康教育知识的培养,提高护理质量,为成为一名合格的护理人员奠定基础。Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of hospitalized patients with nursing students, to analyze the reasons of influencing patients 's satisfaction, and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the satisfaction degree of hospitalized patients with nursing students. Method Self-designed satisfaction questionnaire survey was conducted amongst 100 hospitalized patients in one three-a general hospital in Guangxi to understand their satisfaction nursing interns. Results Patients * satisfaction were higher with nursing students in terms of their civilized manners, service attitude, listening attentiveness and comforting ability, but the satisfaction was low in communication, nursing operation level and health education. Conclusion To improve the satisfaction degree of patients with nursing students, communication, improve nursing skill operation level and health education knowledge training of nursing students should be strengthened, thus the quality of nursing can be improved and then lay the foundation for them to become qualified nursing staff.
