摘　　要：目的:探讨射频消融联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法:收治晚期非小细胞肺癌患者33例,给予射频消融联合化疗治疗,观察近期疗效。结果:治疗3个月后CT值明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率72.71%。结论:射频消融联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效确切。ObjectiveTo evaluate the short-term effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with chemotherapy in the treatmentof advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods：33 cases of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were treated withradiofrequency ablation combined with chemotherapy,and the short-term effect was observed.Results：After three months oftreatment,the CT value was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Thetotal effective rate was 72.71% .Conclusion：Radiofrequency ablation combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advancednon-small cell lung cancer had definite short-term effect.
