摘 要:近年来,六西格玛管理在国内企业得到大力推广和发展,但在六西格玛人才培养上,企业多是以专业咨询公司辅导为主,忽视了企业内部员工对六西格玛教材的适应性。本文利用QFD工具,创新性的从企业内部顾客需求着手,识别内部顾客对六西格玛教材的需求,消除外部培训机构教材在企业中存在案例不适用、不易理解等问题,最终导出六西格玛内部课程的开发的关键质量要素,并依此开发内部培训教材。为其他企业的内部培训教材编制提供了参考。In recent years, Six Sigma management has been promoted and developed vigorously in the domestic enterprises. But in the personnel training of Six Sigma, most companies are based on the counseling from professional consulting company, Ignore the adaptability of the Six Sigma training material for the internal staff of the enterprise. In this paper, creatively using the QFD tools to identify the demands of internal customer to the six sigma textbook, eliminating the problems of the enterprise existing case does not applicable and hard to understand in external training institutions training materials. Ultimately derive the key quality factors for developing the internal curriculum, then based on this to develop the internal training materials. It also provide the reference for other enterprises.
