浅析适形调强放疗技术对宫颈癌患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨适形调强放疗技术对宫颈癌患者生存质量的影响。方法:选择2014年12月至2016年12月我院收治的宫颈癌患者56例作为此次研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组采用常规放射治疗,研究组采用适形调强放射治疗,对比两组患者的生存质量。结果:研究组治疗总有效率是96.4%,对照组治疗总有效率是78.6%,研究组近期疗效要显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组膀胱反应与皮肤放射损伤发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05),而研究组骨髓抑制与直肠反应发生率要显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌应用适形调强放射治疗能够显著改善患者的生存质量,显著减少直肠反应与骨髓抑制,明显提高近远期疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy technology influencing the quality of survival in patients with cervical cancer.Methods：Choose between December 2014 and December 2016,56 cases of cervical cancer patients of our hospital as the research object,all the patients were randomly divided into control group and research group,control group using conventional radiotherapy,the team using conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy,compared two groups of patients＇ quality of life.Results：Treatment group total effective rate was 96.4%,control group total effective rate is78.6%,the team in the near future curative effect significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）;Two groups of bladder skin reaction with radiation injury incidence,no significant difference（P〉0.05）,while team incidence of bone marrow suppression and rectum reaction were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Cervical cancer using conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy can significantly improve the patient＇s quality of life,a significant reduction in the rectum reaction and bone marrow suppression,and significantly improve JinYuanQi curative effect,worth clinical application.
