摘　　要：目的:探讨RetCamⅢ在婴幼儿眼病筛查中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2015年10月期间于我院出生的300例婴幼儿作为研究对象,使用RetCamⅢ进行眼病筛查,观察其筛查结果并予以统计处理,分析影响病变发展与转归的相关因素。结果:在300例接受RetCamⅢ筛查的婴幼儿当中,检出视网膜病变23例,检出率为7.3%。婴幼儿的性别、胎龄、分娩方式与视网膜病变等眼病患病率无关,而出生体重低于2.5kg、吸氧史以及机械通气史是影响视网膜病变发展与转归的主要因素。结论:在婴幼儿眼病筛查中,RetCamⅢ是一种安全、有效的筛查方法,其筛查结果准确性高,对受检者无伤害,为婴幼儿眼病的临床治疗提供了重要的参考依据,建议在临床上予以推广。Objective：To investigate the RetCamⅢ application effect in eye disease screening infants and young children.Methods：To select 300 infants and young children as research object from January 2015 to October 2015 using RetCamⅢeye disease screening,the screening result was observed,and statistical processing,analyze the related factors influencing the disease development and outcome.Results：Among 300 patients who underwent RetCamⅢ screening of infants and young children,check out the 23 cases of retinopathy,detection rate of 7.3%.Gender,gestational age,birth of the infant way has nothing to do with retinopathy and other eye disease prevalence,and the birth weight less than 2.5kg,the history and the history of mechanical ventilation oxygen are the main factors influencing the development of retinopathy and outcome.Conclusion：In the eye disease screening infants and young children,RetCamⅢis a safe and effective screening method,the screening result accuracy is high,do not have harm to the client,the clinical treatment of eye disease in infants provides important reference basis,Suggestions to promote in clinic.
