摘　　要：我国以市场化和产业化为导向的农业经济快速发展,在转型发展过程中农产品的各种供应链组织形式是当今学者较为关注的研究方向。文中以兴和县马铃薯为例,通过对兴和县马铃薯供应链组织形式的实地调研,针对目前兴和县马铃薯供应链组织形式的现状,剖析了该地区马铃薯供应链发展存在的问题,针对存在的问题提出了相应的发展对策,为实现供应链成员协调发展及利益最大化提供了一定的参考。With the rapid development of agricultural economy oriented by marketization and industrialization in our country,the various supply chain organization models of agricultural products in the process of transformation are the research directions which caused scholars＇ attention. In this paper,we took potatoes of Xinghe County as an example. We analyzed the potato supply chain development in Xinghe County by analyzing the current situation of Xinghe County＇s potato supply chain organization patterns,and analyzed the problems existing in potato supply chain,then we put forward the corresponding countermeasures which provided a reference value for coordinating the development of the supply chain members and maximizing the benefits.
