摘　　要：本文立足于铁路企业,通过文献研究、问卷调查,结合1992年铁路岗位劳动评价指标体系和新时期各岗位出现的新特点,从多个角度分析选择了铁路岗位评价指标,并通过专家打分的方式,运用层次分析法确定了每个岗位评价指标的权重,最终确定了一套涵盖4个维度和15个岗位评价指标的铁路岗位劳动评价指标体系。Based on various positions of railway enterprises,this paper analyzes multiple dimensions of choosing railway position evaluation index through literature research,and questionnaire survey,combined railway labor evaluation index system in 1992 and new position characteristics of new era.Through experts＇ Decision and Analytical Hierarchy process,it determines the weight of each position evaluation index.Finally,we got a railway position evaluation index system,which contains 4dimensions and 15 positions.
