摘　　要：学生党员是高校志愿服务群体的中坚力量,党员志愿服务活动是党员发挥先锋模范作用的重要平台,是让学生党员再受教育的良好途径,也是学生党员自身全面发展的客观需要。文章分析了当前高校志愿服务发展的现状,提出要从科学化、制度化、项目化、时效化、专业化和多元化等六个方面,进一步提高高校学生党员志愿服务成效。Student party members are the backbone of the college volunteer groups. Their volunteer activities become an important platform to play the exemplary role, a good way is to get the education for student party members, and an objective need for the student party members to have the comprehensive development of its own. This thesis analyzes the current status of development of volunteer service in institutions of higher learning, puts forward from the scientifieation, institutionalization, project, efficiency, specialization and diversification to improve the efficiency of college student party members volunteer service.
