摘　　要：针对冶炼总承包项目参与人数众多,涉及大量协同工作,容易存在责任主体认知不清、沟通效率低等问题,提出采用RACI模型来定义工作内容和明确职责分工。阐述了RACI模型从制作到应用的过程,并列举了两个不同层级上的RACI模型在工程管理中的应用。According to the problems in general contracting projects of the smelting, such as lots of involved staffs and collaboration work, unclear liability subject, low communication efficiency, the paper puts forward that RACI model is used to define the content of the work and clear division of responsibilities. The paper describes the process of RACI model from manufacturing to application, and lists the application of RACI model in engineering management at two different levels.
