上下颌联合扩弓技术结合直丝弓矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错的软组织侧貌变化

摘　　要：目的探讨安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者上下颌联合扩弓结合直丝弓矫治前后的软组织侧貌变化。方法对24例安氏Ⅱ类1分类青少年错患者进行上下颌联合扩弓,并结合直丝弓矫治技术完成非拔牙治疗,治疗前后拍摄X线头颅侧位片,对治疗前后X线片头影测量值进行分析,对比16项软组织美学指标的变化。结果治疗后鼻突度、软组织面角、颏唇角、Z角明显增大(P<0.05),H角、上下唇突度、上下唇突距变小(P<0.05)。结论上下颌联合扩弓技术结合直丝弓矫治方法能显著减小安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者上下唇突度,在一定程度上恢复了鼻唇颏的协调性,使软组织侧貌得到明显改善。Objective To study the changes of soft tissues in teens with class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion treated by maxillary expansion in conjunction with mandibular expansion and straight wire appliance. Methods four patients with angle class mandibular expansion and strai Ⅱdiv ght wi ision 1 malocclusion were treated by maxillary expansion in c re appliance. The lateral cephalometric radiographs were taken onjunc before Twentytion with and after treatment, and then the sixteen measurements of soft tissues were analyzed. Results The values of Pn-Sn, FH- N＇ PG＇, Chin angle, and Z angle were significantly increased （P〈0.05） while the values of H angle, Ls-E and Li-E showed a significant decrease （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Maxillary expansion in conjunction with mandibular expansion and straight wire division 1 maloccl app usio improving the surface liance n. This of soft can significantly decrease the upper and lower lip protrusion of teens with class Ⅱapproach can restore the coordination of the nose, lip and chin to a certain extent while tissues.
