摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育贯穿于高校辅导员日常工作的始终,近年来高校辅导员在开展大学生思想政治教育过程中创新和改进了教育方法,最为显著的一点就是将社会实践与大学生思想政治教育进行了有效结合。通过实践让大学生将理论知识内化于心、外化于行,从而促进自身成长成才。The ideological and political education has always been throughout the daily work of college counselors, college counselors in recent years to carry out ideological and political education in the process of innovation and improvement of educational methods, the most significant point is that the social practice and ideological and political education effective combination. Through practice so that students theoretical knowledge internalized in the heart outside of the line, in order to promote their growth and success.
