摘 要:目的研究GSK3β、CXCR4、MMP-2在人胰腺癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达,探索三者与胰腺癌转移、侵袭的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测人胰腺癌及癌旁组织标本中GSK3β、CXCR4、MMP-2的表达,采用Real-time PCR检测胰腺癌癌组织及癌旁组织中GSK3β、CXCR4、MMP-2 mRNA的表达。结果 GSK3β、CXCR4、MMP-2在胰腺癌组织中的阳性表达均明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),胰腺癌患者癌组织中GSK3β、CXCR4、MMP-2 mRNA表达均明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。并且三者在癌组织阳性表达均与患者是否存在淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 GSK3β、CXCR4、MMP-2三者在胰腺癌组织中高表达,且都和胰腺癌患者淋巴结转移有关。Objective To investigate the expressions of GSK3β, CXCR4 and MMP-2 of pancreatic cancer and adja-cent to cancer tissue, and explore the relationship of GSK3β, CXCR4, MMP-2 with invasion and metastasis of pancreat-ic cancer. Methods The expressions of GSK313, CXCR4 and MMP-2 of pancreatic cancer and adjacent to cancer tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry techonology. The mRNA expressions of the three genes of pancreatic cancer and adjacent to cancer tissue were detected by Real-time PCR. Results The expressions of GSK3β, CXCR4 and MMP-2 in pancreatic cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in adjacent to cancer tissue both in gene and protein (P 〈 0.05), and they were significantly related with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The expressions of GSK3β, CXCR4 and MMP-2 in pancreatic cancer tissue are high, and they have a relattionship with lymph node metastasis.
