A Comparative Study on“Urban Teacher Residency Model”in America and“Master Teacher Training Program for Rural School Education”in China

摘  要:"城市教师驻校计划"是美国自2001年新兴的针对城市学区中小学的教师培养模式,"硕师计划"是中国教育部2004年以来推行的旨在加强农村师资队伍建设的一种新型教师培养模式。从服务对象、招聘选拔、教师培养以及师资力量四个方面进行深入的比较分析,分析两国计划的异同,借助美国"城市教师驻校计划"的经验,为中国"硕师计划"提供借鉴。The "Urban Teacher Residency Program" in America is a burgeoning teacher training model in allusion to the primary and sec- ondary school in the urban school districts since 2001 ,the "Master Teacher Training Program for Rural School Education" in China is an new type of teacher training model carried out by Ministry of Education of China, which aims at strengthening the construction of rural teacher since 2004.In this paper, comparative method is used to compare and analyze the two programs from these four aspects:service objects,recruitment and selection, teacher cultivation and the faculty. The paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the two programs and draws lessens from the "Urban Teacher Residency Program" to provide references for the "Master Teacher Training Program for Rural School Education" in China.
