小剂量顺铂对中晚期非小细胞肺癌的放疗增敏疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量顺铂对中晚期非小细胞肺放疗患者的疗效增敏作用。方法将111例不适合手术的中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为单纯放疗组55例和小剂量顺铂联合放疗的治疗组56例,两组患者的放射治疗方法相同,治疗组在每日放疗的同时,静脉滴注小剂量顺铂。结果两组病例全部随访5年,单纯放疗组患者的完全缓解率(CR)为27.27%,治疗组的完全缓解率(CR)为55.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单纯放疗组1、2、5年生存率分别为47.17%、33.96%、9.43%,治疗组1、2、5年生存率分别为74.07%、51.85%、18.52%,治疗组1、2、5年生存率均高于单纯放疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与单纯放疗组不良反应均可耐受,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量顺铂对中晚期非小细胞肺癌有疗效增敏作用,且不良反应较轻。Objective To evaluate the radiosensitizing effect of low-dose cisplatin for advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 111 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients unsuitable for surgery were randomly divided into radiotherapy group（ 55 cases） and low-dose cisplatin combined with radiotherapy group（ 56 cases）,both groups received radiation therapy in the same manner; on the basis of daily radiation therapy,the treatment group received intravenous infusion of low-dose cisplatin.Results The 2 groups were followed up for 5 years,the rate of complete remission（ CR） of radiotherapy patients was27.27%,complete remission rate of the treatment group（ CR） was 55.36%,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）.1-,2-,5-year survival rates of radiotherapy group were 47.17%,33.96%,9.43%,1-,2-,5-year survival rates of the treatment group were 74.07%,51.85%,18.52%,1-,2-,5-year survival rates of the treatment group were greater than those of the radiotherapy group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0.05）.Toxicity can be tolerated in both groups,the difference was not statistically significant（ P 0.05）.Conclusion Low-dose cisplatin for advanced non-small cell lung cancer has sensitizing effect and lower toxicities.
