摘  要:目的探讨长期微重力环境对大鼠听力及内耳淋巴液容积的影响。方法健康SD大鼠22只,随机分为实验组(微重力组)12只和空白组10只。分别于实验前,实验后2、4、8周检测大鼠双耳听性脑干反应(ABR)阈值并行内耳磁共振成像(MRI)扫描,应用专用软件计算内耳淋巴液容积。结果实验组动物听力在暴露后ABR阈值逐渐升高,实验前与实验后4周相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与实验后8周相比,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组大鼠内耳淋巴液容积在实验后2周达最大值,与实验前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);之后逐渐下降,实验后2周和实验后8周相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验后8周与实验前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。空白组大鼠的内耳淋巴液容积在实验前、后差异均无统计学意义。结论长期模拟微重力环境可以损伤大鼠听觉功能,且会导致大鼠内耳淋巴液容积增大;但随着时间的延长,内耳淋巴液容积可以逐渐恢复接近正常。Objective To study the effects of weightlessness on rat hearing and the inner ear lymphatic fluid volume. Methods Twenty-two SD rats were randomly divided into the experimental group ( n = 12 ) and the control group (n = 10). Auditory brainstem response (ABR) thresholds were tested bilaterally every time including pre-noise exposure and 2, 4, 8 weeks after exposure. The inner ear lymphatic fluid volume was calculated by professional software each time. Results In the experimental group, the ABR thresholds of the animals increased gradually. There were statistical differences after 4 weeks' exposure (P 〈0.05) and after 8 weeks' exposure (P 〈0.01 ). In the experimental group, the inner ear volume of rats reached the maximum after 2 weeks' exposure. There was a statistically significant difference after 2 weeks' exposure ( P 〈 0.05 ). Then the inner ear volume decreased gradually. There was a significan! difference in the volume between 8 weeks' exposure and 2 weeks' exposure ( P 〈 0.05 ). But there was no significant difference between the volume after 8 weeks' exposure and the volume at the beginning ( P 〉 0.05 ). In the control group, the inner ear lymphatic fluid volume has no significant change. Conclusions The weightlessness would cause damage on the auditory electrophysiology of the SD rats, which would lead to the expand in the rat inner ear fluid volume. But the inner ear volume could be gradually restored to normal as time going on. (Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngol, 2016,16 : 382-384 )
