摘　　要：目的 探讨钬激光治疗外耳道乳头状瘤的疗效。方法 对2010-2014年本科收治的32例（35耳）外耳道乳头状瘤患者通过钬激光气化切除瘤体并碳化周边突出的皮肤,彻底切除肿瘤,观察疗效。结果随访6个月~1年,术后无残留,无复发,无外耳道狭窄。结论 钬激光治疗外耳道乳头状瘤效果较好。Objective To investigate the effect of Holmium laser on the treatment of external auditory canal papilloma. Methods Thirty-two patients with external auditory canal papilloma were treated with Holmium laser. Results All patients were followed up for six months to one year. There were no recurrence, no residual and no stricture of external auditory canal after operation. Conclusions Holmium laser is an effective method for the treatment of external auditory eanal papilloma. （Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngo1,2016,16：430,432）
