摘　　要：实验技术队伍是高等院校本科实践教学和实验室管理的主力军,其素质的高低决定着一个实验教学中心的建设水平。建立一支高水平、高素质、技术熟练的实验技术团队是高校实验室建设中与仪器设备建设同等重要的任务。建立各种积极有效的考核与激励机制;加强培训和交流;引进高学历、高层次的人才,加强梯队建设;鼓励继续学习深造和参与科学研究,全面提高实验技术人员的整体素质,是建立创新型实验技术团队的重要保证。Experiment technology team are the main force of undergraduate practical teaching and laboratory management in colleges and universities, the quality of high and low decides the construction level of an experimental teaching center. It is the same important tasks to build a high level, high quality and skilled experiment technology team with instruments and equipment in the construction of university laboratory construction. Establishing all kinds of positive and effective assessment and incentive mechanism, actively guiding, strengthening the training and communication, recommending highly educated, high-level talent to strengthen the construction of echelon, encouraging to continue to study and participate in the study of science, improving the whole quality of the technical personnel, which were important guarantee to establish innovative experiment technology team.
