摘  要:为加强学生对金属学与热处理课程整体内容的理解和掌握,以铁碳相图为例,由相图横坐标(组元)引出"纯金属→合金"的材料体系的变化;从相图纵坐标(温度)的变化,引出"高温→室温(凝固/结晶)→高温(保温)→室温(热处理)"的相变规律。引入平面几何中的"点线面"的变化规律和"量变引起质变"的哲学思想,理解铁碳相图的形成规律,找到了材料科学与数学及哲学之间的交叉点,为学习金属学与热处理课程全部内容,提供一条简单而有效的归纳方法。In order to enhance the understanding and grasp of students on the whole course content of Metallurgy and Heat Treatment, our study taking iron carbon phase diagram as an example, by the abscissa(component) of the phase diagram educe "pure metal → alloy" material system change; introduce the changing regularity of the "points, lines, surface" in geometry and the philosophy thought that quantitative cause a qualitative change by the ordinate change(temperature) of the phase diagram, i.e. Phase changing regularity of "High temperature → room temperature(coagulation/crystal) →high temperature(heat preservation) →room temperature(heat treatment)", such transformation regularity make us understand the formation regularity of the iron carbon phase diagram and help us find out the intersection between material science,mathematics and philosophy, afford us a simple and efficient inductive method to study the whole content of the metallography and heat treatment.
