摘  要:青年教师是高校发展的关键力量,高校要行使好教书育人、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承四大职能,必须有一批专业水平高、思想道德良好的青年教师作支撑。青年教师专业化是教师专业化发展的重要环节。青年教师的专业发展是一个动态的概念,发展途径多样,影响因素较多。Young teachers are the key forces in the development of universities. There must be a number of young teachers with high professional level and good ideology and morality if a university wants to exercise its four major functions:teaching and education,scientific research,social services and cultural heritage. The specialization of young teachers is an important part of teacher professional development. The professional development of young teachers is a dynamic concept,there are a variety of ways for teacher professional development and the development is influenced by many factors. Based on the current situation of the professional development of young teachers in universities,discussion about the ways and influencing factors of young teachers' professional development is of great significance.
