摘　　要：社会慈善捐赠是促进高校健康发展的重要力量。目前,山东省高校慈善捐赠总量呈逐年上升趋势,捐赠来源广泛、类型方式多元,但地域分布不平衡。完善慈善捐助减免税制度、加强慈善立法和慈善文化的宣传是提高高校社会慈善捐赠积极性的重要保障。加强社会捐赠监管力度、提高慈善信息透明度、加强对学生慈善文化和诚信感恩教育是促进高校慈善捐赠良性循环的重要手段。Social donation is an important force to promote the healthy development of colleges and universities. The universities of Shandong province charitable donation amount increased year by year, giving a wide range of sources, multiple types, but the uneven geographical distribution. To improve the charitable donation tax reduction and exemption system, strengthen legislation and charitable charity culture propaganda is an important guarantee to improve the enthusiasm of college social charitable donation to strengthen the supervision of social donation charity, improve information transparency, strengthen the student charity culture and the integrity of thanksgiving education is an important means to promote the virtuous cycle of charitable donations.
