酶法合成熊果酸C3、C28衍生物及构效关系

摘  要:针对传统方法合成熊果酸C3、C28衍生物的抗氧化性能不好,稳定性差等问题,提出酶法合成熊果酸C3、C28衍生物的构效关系方法.采用酶法合成熊果酸C3、C28衍生物,在电催化作用下,分析熊果酸的酸C3、C28衍生物的化学结构,以及酶法合成熊果酸C3、C28衍生物化学合成原理.通过Schmidit法结合酶法制备熊果酸C3、C28衍生物,完成熊果酸C3、C28衍生物的构效关系研究.实验结果表明,采用酶法合成熊果酸C3、C28衍生物具有较好的化学稳定性和可靠性,具有较高的药物材料使用价值.When the traditional method is used to synthesize ursolic acid C3 and C28,their derivatives have poor oxidation resistance and low stability.Thus the structure-activity relationship method is proposed to synthesize ursolic acid C3 and C28derivatives with enzymatic method.The enzymatic method with electric catalysis is used to analyze chemical structure of ursolic acid in C3 and C28derivatives,and its chemical synthesis principle.The Schmidit method together with enzymatic method is employed to prepare ursolic acid C3 and C28derivatives,to achieve structure-activity relationship research and experimental results analysis of ursolic acid C3 and C28derivatives.The results show that using enzymatic method to synthesize ursolic acid C3 and C28derivatives has better chemical stability and reliability,and has higher value of drug materials.
