摘　　要：新建本科院校教师教育改革的动力系统由动力生成、动力发展和动力演进三个相互关联的阶段(亦是子系统)构成。政策、经济、资源和文化构成了动力系统演化的外部环境,并为教师教育改革提供源源不断的信息、物质和能量支持。从动力生成、动力发展到动力演进,既是逻辑的顺序,也是历史的顺序,但它们之间不是简单的线性关系,而是循环反复的关系。The dynamic system of the reform of Teacher Education in the newly established universities is composed of three interrelated stages, which are the dynamic generation, the dynamic development and the dy- namic evolution. Policy, economy, resources and culture are the external environment for the evolution of the power system, and they provide a steady stream of information, material and energy support for teacher educa- tion reform. From the power generation to the dynamic development and then to the dynamic evolution is not on- ly the logical order, but also the historical order, but, the relationship among them is not linear butcyclic.
