摘  要:对羟基苯基丙酮酸双加氧酶是一种重要的除草剂靶标.本文基于活性亚结构拼接的策略设计合成了一系列含有苯并2,2-二氧噻二唑的吡唑类新型对羟基苯基丙酮酸双加氧酶(HPPD)抑制剂.随后分别从酶水平和活体植株水平研究了它们的生物活性,总结了其结构与活性关系.部分化合物表现出很高的HPPD酶抑制活性和活体除草活性,化合物6d和6j对冬季阔叶杂草表现出良好的防治效果,且其作物安全性也明显优于对照药剂硝磺草酮,展示出良好的应用潜力.p-Hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase(HPPD) is one of the most important targets for herbicide discovery. In this work, a series of benzothiadiazole-containing pyrazoles were designed as novel HPPD inhibitors by scaffold hopping strategy. Their biological activity was evaluated at both enzyme as well as crops level. The structure-activity relationships were also analyzed. The results showed that most of the target compounds have potent inhibitory activity against recombinant HPPD and some of them display good herbicidal activity, especially compounds 6d and 6j, which exhibited promising efficacy in controlling winter broadleaf weeds. The better crop safety than that of mesotrione also makes it a potential commercial herbicide with wide application.
