摘　　要：目的:观察经筋刺法联合本体感觉神经肌肉促进疗法治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法:将62例周围性面瘫患者随机分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(32例),对照组应用单纯针刺疗法,观察组采用经筋刺法联合本体感觉神经肌肉促进疗法,比较2组疗效。结果:观察组患者疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:经筋刺法联合本体感觉神经肌肉促进疗法是治疗周围性面瘫的有效方法。Objective：To observe the effects of Meridian Needling combined with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods：Sixty-two patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into the treatment group（32 cases） and control group（30 cases）. The control group and treatment group were treated with pure acupuncture and Meridian Needling combined with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation,respectively. The curative effects between two groups were compared. Results：The curative effect in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusions：The treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with Meridian Needling combined with proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation is an effective method.
