摘　　要："国家大学生创新性实验计划"是培养大学生创新能力的重要举措,调查发现来自高校、教师和学生三方面的差异可影响学生对该项目的参与度。应采取多种宣传手段,改革教师与学生的考核机制和尽可能提高学生对科学研究的兴趣来提高大学生的参与热情,充分发挥创新计划对学生创新能力培养的作用。The national university student innovation program is the important strategy for cultivation of innovation ability of undergraduate.According to the survey,differences in three aspects of colleges and universities,teachers,and students could influence the enthusiasm of students to the program.We should take many kinds of propaganda methods,renovate the assessment and improve the interest of students in scientific research to raise the enthusiasm of students and to give full play to the role of students＇ innovative ability training.
